Six years of direct marketing and campaign production for Lufthansa across aircraft interiors, hangars, gates and apron, commissioned through c/o WUNDER Medienproduktion.

An aircraft is not a normal location. Access sits inside a security perimeter. Every clearance follows its own process. Aircraft and hangar access has to be coordinated directly with the airline.
A single shoot can involve multiple stakeholder chains at once — security, catering, ground services, technical operations and production — each with its own approvals.
The location came with its own organisation.

Lufthansa · Making-Of · Crew on the Apron
I managed the production infrastructure around the shoots: crew and shoot disposition for teams of 20 to 90 people, security and visitor clearance lists, aircraft and hangar access, transport, catering and on-set authorisations.
I also supported the production companies executing the shoots with the logistical groundwork required to operate inside the security perimeter. The aim was simple: remove that organisational load from the marketing team.
The production companies could shoot. Lufthansa could focus on the work.

Repeated productions across six years, from tightly controlled interior sets with dozens of background performers to gate and apron shoots for press and campaign imagery.
Six years. Twenty to ninety people. Never a delay at the gate.

Every project starts with a conversation.
Sometimes there's already a brief.
Sometimes just an idea.
Sometimes you simply know what you want to achieve.
Either is enough.
The first conversation isn't a pitch.
It's a scoping call.
